Is Breathwork a contemporary surrogate of meditation?

It was a crucial day for Aadit. He was representing his company in a decisive meeting. The stress was much and the expectations manifold. While heading towards the meeting point, anxiety and nervousness overwhelmed him. He could feel his heart rate and blood pressure escalating. His thoughts were scattered.
