What support do you offer?

We *really* pride ourselves on the level of support we give our clients. Not only do we set everything up for you, (and keep things working), but we also offer ongoing strategy at no extra cost. Your dashboard also includes video guides on getting started.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial, but you can book a demo to take the referral system for a test spin.

What is a “member” in relation to the referral program?

A member is someone who is promoting your business (partner, affiliate, influencer, brand ambassador, etc). Our standard plan includes up to 2,000 members, but you can purchase additional 1,000 members for $10/month.

Do I need to integrate the software into my existing website?

No, to keep things simple, we host the lead generation forms so you don’t need to integrate or connect our service with anything else for it to work.

How long does it take to set up?

After you sign up, we’ll invite you to fill in a short questionnaire so we can customize your settings. Once we have these answers, it usually takes a day to then get your referral program live.
